Quick Overview

This is the latest version of ParaBoard with self-resettable fuse protection. The PCB board is made of three ounce copper and the main circuit supports up to 40A current. All the balance ports are protected by resettable fuses (also known as polyfuse), and the main circuit is protected by common car fuses that are easily available at local hardware stores.

This paraboard is for batteries with a XH balance connector and EC5 type connectors. XH balance connectors are those found on Mad Dog, Dualsky, E-Flite, but NOT Thunder Power! This board can handle a total of 40A flowing through it.

To use this connect it to the charger. Then set the charger for the voltage of the battery.

DO NOT MIX 2,3 and 4 CEll batteries. You must use the same cell count on all the plugs.

Then for the mAh, add up the total of the batteries on the charger and use that number.

For example if you use 4 3s 2200 batteries, then set your charger for: 11.1V and (4x2200 mAh=8800 mAh) 8800 mAh.

Make sure you know the max your charger can do. A 50 W charger can charge 6 2200 mAh, 11.1V batteries only set to 4.5A!
